Modern Day Slavery

Modern Day Slavery is an abhorrent crime and a violation of fundamental human rights which takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced and compulsory labour; we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery.

Vallum Projects has Policies, Procedures and Processes in place to ensure that not only do we uphold the standards set by the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and own Values and Commitments, but which also mean will not deal with any business that is knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

We encourage our staff to ask questions and raise concerns if they have suspicions or information about any scenario, safe in the knowledge that this issue will always be taken seriously.

Because we understand our responsibilities with regard to the personal data we hold, we have committed to not only adhere to the standards set out by law, meaning we only hold relevant data and treat it securely and properly, but we continue to assess and improve our processes so that we can always be trusted by everyone with whom we work, to maintain confidentiality, integrity and the requirements of law as a minimum.
